Momenteel werk ik aan een langlopend cultuurhistorisch onderzoek naar tuin- en akkerbouw en het plantaardig voedsel dat hieruit voortkwam. Vanuit deze thematiek realiseer ik locatie gebonden kunstprojecten op basis van historische en antropologische kennis. Ik koppel ons verleden aan het heden en geef daarmee inzicht in onze manieren van doen.
I am currently working on a long-term cultural-historical research of horticulture and agriculture and the plant-based foods that resulted from them. Drawing on this theme, I create site-specific art projects based on historical and anthropological knowledge. I connect our past to the present, thereby offering insight into our ways of life.
